'Facebook shops' over the coming weeks to help small businesses during the coronavirus pandemic.

What is Facebook Shops? Facebook shops is a simple version of your shop's online storefront allowing customers to purchase directly through Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Messenger and Instagram Direct. These social platforms make is easy for your products to be seen by billions of potential customers, otherwise impossible without a large ads budget. Each storefront is native for each platform and is customisable to reflect your brand. The experience is seamless making the buying process quicker than ever. Businesses will also be able to tag products in live streams – and all a customer has to do is click on the tag and they are redirected to a product ordering page. It's one simple and consistent experience across this family of apps, which means it is easier for people. That, of course, means there'll be higher conversions and more sales for small businesses.'
