The new feature launched by Analytics—Share Dashboards—not only helps you save time, but it is extremely simple to use.
Here is how it works: Having set up your dashboard the way you want it to look, click on the 'Share Dashboard' tab displayed at the top of the 'Home' page. You will then be provided with a link. Copy this link somewhere. Now log in to your client's Google Analytics account, go to their profile, and paste the link in the browser. You will be prompted by a drop-down menu to choose the profile you want to add the dashboard to. Choose your profile, name your dashboard, and click 'Create Dashboard. 'You will now be able to view your dashboard with the data of the new profile. This feature only shares templates and not data related to site traffic. You can even set up a Google account to work as an administrator for all of your clients' analytics accounts. This way you can get administrative access to every client's Google Analytics profile with a single username and password. Sharing Dashboard helps you save time otherwise spent in arranging widgets and customising client dashboards. Further, with viewing of data being simplified, you can now spend more time on devising online marketing strategies and campaigns for your clients.
